All prices in US dollars. Applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Payment methods and countries depend on our payment provider; checkout shows the exact currency and amount.

What counts as a new guide: A new guide is counted when you create a guide or duplicate one (including duplicating a template). Editing, exporting or sharing an existing guide never counts.
Stored guides: Stored guides are all guides currently in your workspace, including drafts and templates. Delete guides to free up space.
AI actions: One AI action is one rewrite or translation request for up to 4,000 characters of guide text (about one guide of 25 steps). Larger guides are split into several actions and you are told how many before you confirm. Failed requests are not counted. Unused actions do not roll over.
Storage: Storage counts the compressed screenshots, uploaded images and logos in your workspace. Deleting a guide frees its storage.
Edits and downloads: Edits, previews and downloads of your own guides are not limited.
Fair use: Automated or abusive traffic to shared links may be rate-limited to keep the service reliable for everyone.

On the roadmap (not available yet)

Occasional-use credit pack (a one-off bundle of guides and AI actions without a subscription) — planned once demand is validated.
Automatic detection of likely-sensitive fields in screenshots (assistive only; it will never catch everything).
GIF/video capture of a recording.
Additional billing currencies when the payment provider supports them.

Billing details

Monthly plans renew every month; yearly plans renew every 12 months and are shown as a yearly charge with the per-month equivalent for comparison. We never present a yearly price as if it were billed monthly.
Taxes (VAT, GST or sales tax) depend on your country and are shown at checkout, which also shows the exact currency and amount charged. Any currency preview outside checkout is approximate.
Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period.
After a paid plan ends you keep everything for 30 days to export; guides above the Free allowance then become read-only with their shared links disabled for 60 more days before deletion. Full details in our cancellation and refund policy.
