Guides with a screenshot for every step, without taking a single screenshot yourself
Record the task, then spend your time on the words, not on cropping images.
What you get for each step
- A screenshot of the visible page at the moment you clicked, with a click marker where you clicked.
- A drafted instruction built from the button, link or field name — e.g. Open the “Orders” tab, Enter your email address, Press Enter.
- An optional longer note for context (“this takes a minute to save”).
- Numbered markers, arrows, highlight boxes and text notes you add in the editor; permanent redaction, blur and crop for anything private.
Editing tools
Reorder with drag-and-drop or the arrow buttons, duplicate a step, insert a manual step, replace a screenshot with your own image, or remove a step entirely. Keyboard shortcuts: V select, N number, A arrow, H highlight, R redact, Delete removes the selected annotation.
Outputs
- Web link — responsive page, private by default, unlisted or public if you choose.
- PDF — multi-page A4 with a numbered step list and your branding (Solo/Team).
- Markdown + images — a zip you can drop into Notion, GitHub, a wiki or a client portal (Solo/Team).
